Hi, I'm a theoretical exoplanetary astrophysicist.

I am doing my PhD at the University of Bern and the University of Geneva. I research on the architecture, formation and evolution of planetary systems, and in finding new ways of examining exoplanetary systems.

Previously, I have worked on quantum gravity and photo-luminescent materials.

On this website, you can see my academic CV, read about my scientific projects (current & past), my publications, and some musings about music and photography. I've also collected some online resources which I've found useful or interesting here.

  • Oct/Nov 2021 - Talks at several meetings/conferences: Introducing a new framework for studying the architecture of planetary systems. Manuscript for this work is in preparation. Stay tuned!

  • Oct 2021 - Talked about the Universe, Black holes, Exoplanets and other wonders of reality at the Swiss comic con Fantasy Basel.

  • August 2021 - Peas in a pod paper accepted for publication in Astronomy & Astrophysics. Hurray!

  • May 2021 - Gave a talk on philosophy of physics at the CSH-Philosophy seminar. Partially based on this paper.

  • May 2021 - Peas in a pod paper out on arxiv!

  • 01.02.2021 - Presented my research on planetary system architecture (peas in a pod), Bern Model and KOBE at PLATO-ESP 2020 meeting.
